The Harqin Left Wing Mongol Autonomous County, where Haichen Organic is located, is located at the intersection of Liaoning, Hebei and Inner Mongolia. It is a core coordinate and a bright pearl inlaid at 41° north latitude, shining with natural and civilized light. Haichen Organic achieves high-quality organic pet food through four major directions: green raw materials, full traceability, clean production, and environmental protection and sustainability.
Green raw materials
We select ecological raw materials from the golden farming and pastoral belt at 41° north latitude and global origin, strictly control the raw material quality inspection link, and dynamically monitor the entire process from raw materials to pet food. The monitoring indicators include 213 indicators such as chemical residues, pesticide residues, and antibiotic residues to protect the safety of pet food raw materials.
Full traceability
Through intelligent sensor collection and central computer analysis, information traceability of the entire production process, including "raw material acceptance - raw material storage - material feeding - grain preparation - filling - packaging - finished product coding and storage - finished product scanning and delivery", is achieved to ensure product quality and safety.
Clean production
The air in the production workshop flows in one direction, controls and purifies the air in the workshop, and reduces the number of microorganisms in the air. The CIP automatic cleaning system enables the equipment to be self-cleaned without disassembling the equipment, effectively solving the industry pain point - the problem of excessive bacterial colonies in the equipment. Strictly implement the entry hygiene regulations, and personnel entering the site need to change clothes and shoes, wash and disinfect their hands, and pass through the air shower room, laying a solid foundation for clean production.
Environmentally friendly and sustainable
As a sub-sector of light industry, the pet food production industry originally has the characteristics of low energy consumption and less pollution. On this basis, Haichen Organic Workshop adopts a three-dimensional construction, rationally utilizing gravitational potential energy to reduce production energy consumption and improve production efficiency. Carry out self-inspection and self-correction of carbon emissions every year, and issue a "Carbon Footprint Inventory Report" to achieve low-carbon and green development of the company from the aspects of reducing production electricity, production heat, and transportation fuel consumption. At the same time, Haichen Organic actively participates in the transformation and upgrading of agriculture in Kazuo County, and together with upstream and downstream industries, it helps the local agricultural economy to generate income and develop green industries, and was selected as the "2022 Liaoning Province Agricultural Products Deep Processing Project".
Organic Testing
The company's laboratory has more than 200 sets of professional equipment, which can carry out a series of tests such as drug residues, heavy metal residues, and microbial indicators. It cooperates with professional testing institutions such as SGS, Eurofins, China Measurement, and PONIC to conduct benchmark quality inspections to ensure that the products are green, healthy, and high-quality.
