Recently, the 3rd AIMU International Pet Food Equipment Conference was grandly held at the Yangzhou Convention Center. The conference brought together many top experts in the field of pet food technology at home and abroad and more than 100 pet food companies to discuss the intelligent upgrade of pet food equipment. Wang Fuzheng, general manager of Haichen Organic, was invited to attend the meeting and was awarded the Animal Food/Feed Preventive Control Measures Personnel (PCQI) qualification certificate by the U.S. Food Safety Preventive Control Alliance (FSPCA) at the meeting. About the "Animal Food/Feed Preventive Control Measures Personnel (PCQI) Qualification" Certification
The "Animal Food/Feed Preventive Control Measures Personnel (PCQI) Qualification" is a personnel qualification issued by the U.S. Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) and recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
This PCQI qualification certification was jointly created by Aimu International and the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF). Trainees must complete multiple training courses on animal food preventive control measures in the "U.S. Food Safety Modernization Act" before they can be granted this qualification.
The significance of obtaining this qualification is that the "Food Safety Modernization Act" requires all food companies exporting to the United States to establish a food safety plan, and this food safety plan must be established and supervised by a "preventive control qualified person" (PCQI). Therefore, the quality control personnel in the company have PCQI qualifications, which can not only improve the company's quality and safety control level and eliminate quality problems, but also play an important role in the export of corporate products to developed countries such as the United States.

The central computer uniformly controls and monitors the production schedule, real-time production status, and accurately controls product quality.
The establishment of facilities such as the air single-flow production workshop and the CIP automatic cleaning system provides a higher-dimensional guarantee for the safety and quality control of pet food, making the pet food production process more standardized.
